BIO:
Greetings!- I'm Jason Beasley.
I am happy you have some interest in AP Drawing (the best AP class around- GO ARTISTS!).
I have 25 years experience teaching in a high school art setting, with over 15 years teaching AP Drawing and AP 2D. I also have experience teaching ACCESS (the Alabama equivalent to online high school classes), as well a a few years teaching art at the Community College in my area. All together, I have formed an eye for evaluating artwork, while encouraging artist to reach their potential with every mark of the pencil or wave of their brush.
Receiving a Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Montevallo and 25+ years experience with developing art, I am well equipped to help you with your AP portfolio.
With an amazing family around me for support, I am looking forward to working with students who have a driven passion for creating compelling art.
While I do still work in a high school setting, I have devoted evening hours to interacting with you, while we enhance your artworks!
